The EP is a body of work compiled from the beginning of 2018 with the sound being heavily influenced by electric pianos and vocals. Furthermore, the EP features talented vocalists; Chesré Steyn on ‘Hide Out (Holiday)’, Lily Skye on ‘Illusion’ and Tina Gogwana on ‘Move Your Body’. The EP encompasses his passion for music and the performing arts with the title ‘Balloons’ serving as a metaphor for letting go of ideas through music and whole heartedly expressing a feeling.
